Responsibilities:

• Assist senior installers in the installation of interior and exterior window treatments, including shutters, blinds, and shades.
• Follow installation instructions and ensure all products are installed accurately and securely.
• Collaborate with the sales team and customers to understand installation requirements and address any concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any installation-related issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
• Valid driver's license.
