Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and establishing strong relationships
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to drive sales and achieve revenue targets
  • Understand client's needs and recommend suitable solutions based on their preferences, budget, and requirements.
  • Conduct on-site consultations and measurements to accurately assess the scope of work and provide accurate cost estimates
  • Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to clients in a professional and persuasive manner
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to track performance and inform decision-making
  • Effectively manage client accounts, including order processing, scheduling, and post-installation follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account manager or in a similar sales role
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
  • Proficient in using CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site consultations and client visits
  • Previous experience in the window treatment industry or a related field is a plus.
