Responsibilities:

      Engaging with leads and trade partners via emails, online platforms, and in-person scenarios to understand their needs and preferences.

      Prospecting for industry partners to build a referral network.

      Collaborating with customers/partners to customize plans according to their requirements and budget.

      Maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

      Collaborating with the broader sales and marketing team to drive marketing initiatives and boost brand awareness.

      Utilize referral and network systems to generate leads for potential clients.

Requirements:

      Proven track record of success as an interior designer, design consultant, selections coordinator or window treatment sales.

      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.

      Strong understanding of design and Architecture trends, the real estate, and home building industry, especially in the Carolinas region.

      Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment, adapting to customer needs and market changes.

      Knowledge of home construction, architecture, or a related field is a plus.

      CRM knowledge is preferred

    Competent Computer skills will be necessary for success.

      Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.

Salary and Benefits:

      Full Time
