Responsibilities:

  • Install a wide range of interior and exterior window treatments, including blinds, shades, shutters, and draperies, with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with our design and sales team to ensure accurate measurements and proper product selection.
  • Conduct thorough pre-installation inspections to assess the site and identify any potential challenges or requirements.
  • Follow established installation processes and guidelines to ensure a high-quality finished product.
  • Safely handle and transport materials and equipment to installation sites.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns during installation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues or product malfunctions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, including measurements, materials used, and any necessary follow-up.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the safety of yourself and others.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in exterior and/or interior window treatment installation or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different installation scenarios.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects, climb roofs, and ladders, and work in various environments.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
